LOL seriously - i been studying for the Gmat's and no problem should look foreign to me - i guess its the way your typing out the problem in quick form keyboard

so if you plug in 0 for each Z, it comes to 0/0. Use l hopital's rule and take the derivative of the top and bottom separately and then find the limit of that when u plug 0 in. if that's still 0/0 or infinity/infinity, use the rule again til you get a numerical answer!

Need a bit more about z for there to be a single (trivial) solution.
Consider sin(z)/z
It has limit zero
but since its squared you lose the sign and z^2 won't converge to zero.

I guess you could set it up in cases but thats my initial observation.
What course is this for? Context?

My guess at the cases would be:
z: always positive or negative
z: both positive and negative
Then the problem is manageable.
