I'd like to know if you have any customs for name's day. It's my gf's day today, but I don't know if this is really a special day.
Should I offer a small present ? Just wish her a good name's day ( if there is such an expression ) ? Or nothing ?

In finland no1 really gives a fuck bout name days. wish her a good name's day and give her chocolate or something.

Chocolate is your best bet, you can try surprising her if you want. The day's not special anyways.
