Leveling is done solo with my DH. (930 paragon)
Rifts + grifts are run with my DH (and occassionaly with my crusader friend). Any loot we don't need is dropped.

Leveling
leveling 1-70: 30 fg
Leveling package 1: 1-70 + 5xT16 rifts + 5x Grift 80: 200 fg
Leveling package 2: 1-70 + 5xT16 rifts + 5x Grift 90: 250 fg
Leveling package 3: 1-70 + 3xT16 rifts + 3x Grift 90 + 2 puzzle rings: 200 fg

Rifts/Grifts
T16 rifts: 15 fg
Grift 80: 20 fg
Grift 85: 25 fg
Grift 90: 30 fg
Grift 95: 35 fg
Grift 100: 40 fg

Bulk deals are available of course. 10 or more rifts = 20% discount

Bounties
T16 bounty set: 150 fg per slot

Puzzle Rings
Non Ancient T16: 30 fg (13 available)
Ancient T16: 75 fg (0 available)
