I bought same helm with 200int for 20mil

You should have taken that 40mil offer you got.

Reported. And BS. I have several ppl interested in this. Feel free to link an AH item with same stats for 20 Million. Ah, and 200 ain't 224.

point is, if you want real high-end gear you need all you can get on every item...
20 in on every item make the difference from very good to godly gear:
13*24 = 312 Int, so one player gets e.g. 2200 int with good gear, and someone buying only the best stuff gets 2512 int, which is quite a lot more imo...
