Update.

Right now, I got the helmet for some greedy 200 Euros starting price on the RMAH. I doubt that anyone will buy it for that. If so, I'd probably loose faith in humanity and donate the cash to greenpeace or the red cross ... But it's still 15 hours on there.

Anyways. I don't wanna have this run forever and I wanna make it fair and transparent. If noone takes it I will put on the AH for about 100 Million igg TOMORROW NOON.

Until then, the FT will be 100 Million - 7.5% (so we share the blizzard rip-off equally.) If noone takes the FT I will put it on the AH for 100 M starting price and will try my luck there. Simply having a much bigger number of potential buyers than on this forum. Self-explanatory.

If noone takes it on the AH, I am planning on selling it here. For this purpose, the FT of 92.5 Million is lowered each day/ maybe each bump by a decent amount. Reverse auction style until we hit the leading offer (currently 35 Million). The first one to accept the FT will get the beauty and has 24 hours time to get the gold. First come, first serve and it's a simple little bit of a thrill for you as well ;) I hope we have a deal by the end of the weak.
Summary: C/O is 35 Million - FT is 92.5 Million (unless it's sold on the RMAH overnight). Then i put it on the AH and if I still have it afterwards you get a reverse auction here.

I mean no disrespect or have any intention of ruining your auction for your item when i write this but.

There are Helmets from time to time that come on the AH with 150+ Int, Max Ap, Ap on Crit, Vit, Crit, @Res & a socket for under 50 mil. The smart thing u should do here is just to take the gold.

I dont get the bidders here, why bid this much for helmets that give more utility on the AH for way less. 35 Mil is a really good price, sure you could try to sell it for 100, or 50 even,
I wouldnt be suprised if some little guy with too much gold and not enough brains buys this instead of other very good helmets for way less gold.

I wish you the best of luck selling this helm and i hope you get as much as u personally want for it.

I disagree. 150+ int isn't 224. And of course there are good and cheaper ones out there. But I haven't seen one like this on the AH yet. Feel free to send me a screeny if one shows up. Nonetheless I can't see any overprice here. FT after 2 days of bidding, clear rules and if I don't get more, it goes for 35 Million. Thanks for the bump, though.
