what you mean with ias bugged? don't understand

there are 2 types of ias stats in game:
1) increase attack speed = works only for melee attacks
2) attack speed increase = works for all, spells etc.

sorry to write this here, but i have a interrest in this weapon.
So will this "bug" be patched or it's on purpous ?

Attack speed increases = boots, plates helms etc..

It will be fixed. since its just a bug.
It works like this. Attack speed increase works on all items exept for weps' for all spells etc etc.
increase attack speed works only for weps. all spells etc etc. so xxxRedxxx is abit off.
