I can help you, im a top 10 DH and can do speed grs for you, however as far as the keys/bounties the best way is vision portals because you get way more mats and keys plus the souls and gems etc. I'm very fast at popping the portals back to back.
I typically do speed 100's, so with gear checks every other run plus salv time etc we're looking at about 45min for 20 runs, depending on your pace of course on the salvaves.
So i can do your 20x GRs plus say 15-20min of vision portals, so about an hour to get you caught up with stuff
I can do this for 300 fg, if what I listed sounds about right for what you need and how long things will generally take.
