Might be decent for the templar companion but on my main I only accept 100% CHD.

But to be honest, loot 2.0 ammys are going to make Teemings look the norm or damn close to. Your ammy right there will be the new teeming in 2.0. Will still be pretty hard to top. So i would take that 200B and run
