Looking for a leveling service. Would like to go from 1-60 on a barb. Also, what is the difference between normal runs and VIP runs?

The difference is purely a gear check and thus fastest leveling. For DH for example, all our standard runners have over 300K unbuffed DPS. VIP runners DH's are over 400K.

Quality of service is excellent in both cases, basically just depends on how you value your time.
