The fastest would be buying private runs. if that is a bit expensive for you, public runs are pretty fast as well.
(Private is three times the price, yet the fastest leveling as long as you can keep up with the runner)

Thats fine, how much would an hour of leveling with my char at 25 cost me? and would it be in nightmare or hell?

private runs are nice if you want to spend that much

Private runs in NM are 1.65m/hr (lvls 25-50)
Private runs in Hell are 2.25m/hr (lvls 50-60)
