Anything else specific you have in mind for the character, if you're an aesthetics nut and want specifically i63 shoulders for the look, or ONLY vile wards, etc etc.

i have a 140m bugget atm i would like this wiz to be at least mp7 able perma freeze CM wiz
i would like close to 200k dps
35-50k life
and what ever you can do with 140m
the 5% will have to be taken out of the 140m

Starting on this now, but i've informed the buyer that the finished product will not have 200k dps..

You're lookin at 160k+ dps
2.51 aps
40k life
600 res

it will be easily mp7-8 capable, mp10 slowly (like molasses slow :P )

Hello Crimson,

I am looking to build a tempest rush monk purely to Demonic Essence farm in Vault of the Assassin. I have been informed that this type of build/class out performs other classes in terms of efficiency.
What Monster Level should I aim for if my budget is about 1b.
Is that too much ? or should I just aim to do lower MP and lower my budget to 100-200k.

Goals:
Kill Elites Quickly
High Upkeep or Infinite Tempest Rush
Not squishy?
Obtain Essences

Thank you for the post sir, after some pms, i gave him a very useful link and he decided he was going to build one :)

If you need any help finding gear, or figuring out what to use in certain slots just shoot me a pm sir!

Zack's cm wiz was built successfully and he is extremely happy with the finished result, 170k dps (with vit gems in the pants, he had gems already) 40k+ Life, like 550 ar and 2.51 aps. Ballin :D
