It is actually in your best interests to rent the gear. It doesn't cost u anything in the end (u get a full refund of the deposit), the time it takes to get the deposit and gear transfered isn't very long. You will gain maximum exp because our sets are built with the highest +exp per slot, it will be less likely that u will die because we make sure it has a decent amount of vit on it and therefore u don't waste time/exp from dying... and it has movespeed on it to help u keep up. This saves u money, and it saves our runners a massive headache (we don't like ppl dying and slowing down the run, it wastes our time as much as it does yours). I hope u reconsider this for next time, and I hope this helps explain to other customers why we generally insist on u using our gear.

i spent 500k on exp gear (with move speed) didnt even give my gear a chance, id understand if i kept dieing, but he simply left the game cause i didnt rent. Like i said i wont use this service simply for being rejected for not renting

Did u tell him that u have exp gear already? We normally check customers to see what kind of gear they have. I couldn't tell u the reasons that he might've just left since I'm at work currently and not on teamspeak (otherwise I could just ask Darc). My suspicion is that he probably saw that u had the exp gear but thought your hp was too low. Without inspecting u I can't really confirm, but if u bought exp gear without vit, then u should be able to understand that he wouldn't want to run someone that is likely to get 1 shot by any random projectile. In any case, I'll talk to Darksoul when I get home and perhaps try to get the front page reworded so that customers don't go spend money on exp gear and just rent off us instead. Pretty much every runner has exp sets for loan now, so its better off for everyone if gear is loaned out.

If u r still on in about 2 hours time (that will be when I get home), I can do a few freebie runs for u to make up for it.

thanks for this post mal. This is pretty much the reason I refused to run him. Aside from the fact that you did not have much vit on his gear you did not have movespeed. there is simply no way you're keeping up with our runs without the run set I provide which has +19% movespeed (You're still going to have trouble keeping up). Especially on a witch doctor. Which is why I said sorry but I'd rather not run you. Please borrow our leveling gear in the future especially when you're the only on in the run. Most of us have atleast one set of leveling gear for loan. If you felt I was too short with you then I'm sorry I hurt your feelings.
