nah. can definitely get around 8.6 mill. the one's with socket go for 12+ at least. this is a gg bow nonetheless

I dont understand why you say the vit/loh is GG.. because of reflect damage mobs? The only thing a DH is looking for on a bow is crit/ias/dex (usually in that order). I am not trying to ruin your thread. I am just confused.

also this may be super newb but isnt the dmg % already calculated into the dps of the weapon?

reflect damage, and it's just a good bow in general because of those mods, and i'm not sure about damage %, it might be
