Bounties are done when someone pays up front for it to get done and are then given the game to do with as they please (sell spots, whatever).
Unfortunately I've had too many situations in the past where games don't fill quickly enough to warrant it unless doing multiple games/bounty sets to sell at once. I may do those a bit if nothing else comes up.
