Well, a lot of it is speculation at this point and anyones guess, I got onto the PTR last night and messed around with MP6-9, I found that my +900 LoH off hand was not as good as it used to be because of the tornado proc change
I switched to a 2.8% Life Steal, 10% Ias, 92% Crit hit damage with open socket axe and noticed huge improvements, don't shoot me if I'm wrong but I think that attributes to the change in Whirlwind fury requirement
Before we all relied on tornadoes from sprint to replenish our HP pool, now that isn't as effective but whirlwind cost 1/2 it's original fury amount so we can do more of that, and whirlwind is affected by Lifesteal
Anyways, that's what I noticed in PTR last night and have been reading on the blizzard forums.

Unless your belt is a super sweet deal, around 35m igg or less, I'd prefer to just sell the dagger first or do an even swap, thanks!
