I'm looking for a custom (I'd pay a local shop to build) or pre built desktop that can run D2R and D4 on mid settings without issue.

I do not stream. I don't do anything but play these games casually.

I play poker online, so dual monitors would be ideal. I will need storage as I have 2 young kids and wife loves taking videos and pictures. And if you're familiar with HUDs for poker, I'd like something that can run poker software easily. I'd imagine anything running these games can do that though.

D4 specs online show the following:
Operating System: 64-bit Windows 10
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon RX 370
Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K or AMD R3-1300X
Memory: 16 GB RAM
DirectX: Version 12
Storage: SSD With 45 GB available space

I need everything, including operating system, both monitors, etc.

Mouse, keyboard, speakers and a headset are needed but don't have to count towards the budget.

Areas I don't care about: looks. Save money on that. I also don't need a high end gaming keyboard, mouse, headset. I just need basic stuff.

Edit: I don't know what over clocking, water cooling or anything means. I literally just want to turn it on and play and it not be outdated in 2 years. (Same laptop since 2013!)

also no keyboard etc, maybe someone else could help with that part it's all preference I find
but added 2x 27" 1440p 75hz monitors, would suit your setup ideally imo

For that money, it should be easy to find. Any computer or laptop with a RTX card will run D4.

You are lucky enough to live in NY, I suggest taking the time to visit Microcenter, you will literally find everything you need, I would suggest sticking with RTX 3000s series since a lot of the 4000s series have come with several problems etc etc and the price well..... it's just not worth it.

since you mention you don't want to be out of date in a few years, get a motherboard that supports DDR5 since its the newest and will probably be there for few years more.
