Just recently upgraded my computer from
I7-6700k
Msi lga z170
960 ti gvidia
32 gb 3200 ddr4

To

I7-12700k
Asus b760m-ct-csm
Radeon 7900xt
32 gb 6000 ddr5

My problem is my new motherboard won't boot past Bios screen because it's not able to find my SSD. I've tried moving it from all 3 m.2 slots but have had no luck.

What am I doing wrong?

I can see it under:
INTEL RAPID MEMORY TECHNOKOGY (or something like that, currently not home)

But as for finding it under "Boot Options/Priority" nothing shows up

Today I hit bestbuy up and bought another 980 pro and windows 11 os. I'm just gonna flash both 980s I got and start fresh and pray to God I remember all my passwords

Yeah there should be a way to switch that in Bios I would think. Intel RST is used with their optane nvme memory for a quicker system, don't think it can be used as a boot option.

Maybe try clearing CMOS on your mobo first, even though new. And ensure it has latest Bios version updated.
