LOL must have been a low volume deal. you want two sticks ideally. 32gb is more future proof as well so i'd do 2x16gb.

"Electrical signal integrity.

You send a 2GHz+ signal down the traces on a motherboard. How the traces are terminated greatly impacts the reflections in the signal, and therefore the stability.

Daisy chain vs t-topology are the two major memory trace types.

Daisy chain has slots 1+3 wired first, 2+4 last. You put the sticks in slots 2+4 so that the signals don't go past slots 1+3 and then bounce off the unterminated traces in slots 2+4.

T-topology has the traces split between slots 1+3 and 2+4 in equal length. Meaning that no matter which slots you use, the stability is the same.

If you don't know what type of trace layout your board uses, slots 2+4 should be used, and 99.9% of motherboard manuals indicate this. "

(basically 2 stick good 4 stick bad :p)

Oh wow, I never knew this, I was just always told that all sticks need to be same size or the bigger sticks will degrade themselves to match to lower ones

but if you think 32 is enough, than I'm good with that. I could also replace the sticks in a year or two when prices have dropped on 32gb sticks if I am running into problems

32 should be more than enough, this thing should have more memory than you will need. you could get a better NVME drive if you wanted (like a 2tb instead of a 1tb if you wanted) but that's really all i'd upgrade in your budget range

Ok so I ordered everything from this, Amazon must've been behind on pricing for the GPU cause they matched newegg's today

however, the case you chose is sold out, so I haven't bought a case or power supply yet, think you could help me out once more?
