i got a decent video card so besides that what hardware could i upgrade to lets say load up maps on path of exile faster?

yea but a monkey could put together a PC and probably more monkies active here that could help me then anywhere else

and the harddrive is this random western one cause i was going through them 1 every year-2 for reasons but i think its time to buy something "higher quality" since im not making mistakes that could hurt my harddrive anymore \

The hard drive is the problem. Buy a 2.5" 256gb SSD and clone windows onto it and use it as your boot drive, use your WD Hard drive as storage. Cost you around $25.00.
