with gta the determining factor is going to be CPU and storage. you don't have storage listed, but the first one is still a pretty good deal IMO, even if you need to get a new SSD

future-proofing wise the gpu would be limiting factor with 8gb vram but itll still last you a few years given he didn't mine the shit out of it

He claims that it has 1TB M.2Nvme is the c drive on both of them.

Claims the 1500 dollars one has 2TB HDD

Anyways, I would go with the first config. Is 700w enough for that second config for the games you are wanting to play?
