This is not one of those super expensive builds but it will surely fulfill my dream.

Budget: 2.300 USD
Maximum you will spend? 2.400 USD
Will you complete mail in rebates? Probably yes
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? Yes
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? No
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? Yes. I want to make a 3 monitor setup. Mostly Gaming and working, and doing researches.
Most probably ill play on one monitor, the one in the middle. But would like to try out gaming on 3 monitors, never did it before. got mice and keyboard

Basic Info:
Specific Uses (Programs, game titles etc.) - All new games, AC, GOW, PoE, D4, FarCry, etc. Visual studio, and some basic apps.
Country? Hungary
Will you travel to NCIX (canada) or Microcenter (USA) for parts? (Null if unsure) no.

How much hard drive space do you want or need? atleast 1GB preferably nvme m2 pcie (the fastest on market)
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - Wired, but would love wifi option.
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - Not planning.
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - Dont want a christmas tree, with blinking rgb colors. I am not willing to use water cooler. A good soundcard for gaming would be very nice.

Style (optional)
Do you prefer any specific colors for the build/computer case? Mix of two colors maximum. Would love a solid minimal style led lightning.
Do you prefer a window on your case? yes

In addition I would like to get recommendation for the monitors. I am thinking to get G-Sync monitors. 3 of the same type.
But buying those are bit pricy, dont know if i should look for g-sync compatible or hold on to g-sync ones.
The size must me min 27"
max 1ms.
Displayport to hook up with the RTX series card to get the most out of it.
The price mentioned above is not considering the price of monitors.

The build I tought about is:

CPU i5 12600
GPU Asus TUF RTX 3080
Mobo ASUS ROG STRIX B660-A GAMING WIFI D4
RAM G.SKILL 32GB Trident Z RGB DDR4 4000MHz
PSU EVGA SuperNOVA 750 P2
Case Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact White
Storage Samsung 980 PRO 1TB M.2 (MZ-V8P1T0BW MLC!!
Cooler DEEPCOOL AK620 WH Universal, white color

Help me out guys please ! :)
Thanks in advance

honestly the i5 isnt going to be good enough to run games good, you'll want a i7 10700kf, amazing cpu or even better like the i9. I have a rtx3070 FTW3 (low $600) and its beautiful, i put it through abuse and it took it and wanted more. if you want the best "connection" to the server stay wired. the 1TB will be willed quick, i'd also get a HDD to store stuff on. 32GB DDR4 is a great choice to be able to avoid bottleneck due to "Memory" outage. Thats a great board option, i had a rog strix z590 and it was beautiful. I have been a major fan of ASUS as a whole. i have their 24" fastest ISP Monitor ($800+) and its just perfection. Monitors you pay for what you get. if you want a great monitor for gaming it wont be cheap. but your 2 other monitors can be $100-300 due to them being used for nongaming. I have 2 $250 LG ones due to they were my old gaming monitors. i love the 3 monitor vibe Game in the middle, Discord on the right and internet/Youtube on the left. but everything else looks good honestly, i just run a 650 watt but i want to go to either 750 or 800 Gold. Honestly tho i dont need it lol just a "want".

Here is a link to a prebuild on newegg. Sometimes, prebuilt ones are cheaper sadly then building your own.

The processor you've linked is 2 generations older, the mobo socket is also older. No future upgrade avaible.
The Games require high single core speeds rather than multiple cores.

The i5 cpu is 28% faster than the i9 in the prebiuilt setup you have linked.
Within the alder lake generation for gaming I assume i5 12600 is the best, if im not considering overlocking.
The overlocking option highly increase the price of the mobo.

Based on tests I cant name currenlty a better cpu for gaming within this price range.

what about other components?
Are they good?

Also, I am not a fan of water next to electricity thats why I am trying to avoid liquid cooling.

Nice build. Would switch out the B660 board for a Z690 series board (in the event that down the line you do want to overclock your i5 12600K variant chip). Your 3080 will be capable of 1440p/2160p resolutions with high frame rates. Your choice of the i5 12600k is very good, it's one of the best gaming chips on the market right now and will have longevity in the market as well.

Concerning monitors, it's always tricky depending on what you really want.

Ideally, I would run a 27" 1440p 165hz panel for my gaming screen and then 2x 27" 1080p/1440p 75hz for apps/interfaces (go for 1440p if your budget allows it. The clarity in texts does wonders for long active screen time hours, helps with eye strain).

If you're wanting to game on all 3 screens, possibly a 34"/38" Ultrawide would be more your style.

wow thanks for the mobo recommendation, was looking for a z chipset before but I found only mobos that are double the price of b660.
The one you suggested is only slightly pricier then the one I was looking at.

Will definately go with the one you suggested.

What do you think regarding the cooling, would you go with aircooler ive listed or in case of overclocking its wiser to go with AIO water cooler?
Also, would you go higher ram mhz with higher caslatency or less mhz with faster cl?

Regarding monitors and gaming, im planning to play on 1440p with max graphics.
I like the idea of having a main monitor 27" with the gaming paramaters, and two 1440p 27" monitors on both side with less refresh and response times.
The only thing im not sure about, how will i feel switching looking at the different monitors.
Should I choose the same panel type? IPS or VA?
Do I need to choose a matching refresh rate for the two types?
What do you think, should I go for true G-sync on main monitor?

Thanks in advance!

I think max DDR4 ram speed for the i5 12600k is 3200mhz, but ofc you can overclock it still and should respond just fine ~ I would go for 3200mhz and get a better cl timing if available, you'd see more benefit there.

Since you're going with a high end RTX 3080 card, I would try and find a G-Sync certified monitor to pair with it for the best overall gaming experience and aim for 165hz+.

Concerning the monitor setup, it's totally a preference thing and dependent on desk space and other factors also. The beauty of a large ultrawide is that you have more control of your interface, how big you want sep screens to be, etc. It is nice having dedicated monitors though, but it's all preference really. You can save money going with an Ultrawide but you can also overspend lol.

All in all, if you go with a triple monitor setup I would have the dedicated gaming monitor G-Sync certified (Dell and LG make some really nice G-Sync Certified Monitors) and have your other 2 monitors be the same model# tbh. That way it's the same panel, same refresh and fits seamlessly into your setup.

I like gaming on VA Panels, personally. I would have the non-dedicated gaming monitors as 1440p IPS and then for gaming 1440p VA. Your non-dedicated gaming monitors can be VA if $$$ is a concern, IPS always more $$$.

e/ the AK620 is a really nice cooler solid choice, AIO not required it's preference really. Sometimes air coolers are quieter.

Im afraid of ultrawide monitors becouse during my work im sharing my screen usually and its super hard to choose what part of the screen I want to share, and what to have hidden during meetings. Thats why I am thinking of separate monitors.

Is there any monitor modell that you can recommend ?
