just getting different perspectives.
GPU/CPU Cooler?
I haven't jumped into memory speed and timings

Budget - Be nice to stay around 2,000USD but I'm down to spend more or less.

Your CPU cooler is on the lower end when paired with the Intel 12700K. You want something "beefy" or powerful. Some examples would be Noctua NH-D15, BeQuiet DarkRock Pro 4, Scythe Fuma 2, etc. Or if you want AIO CPU cooler, go for 240mm or higher.

Your case should probably be a bit more modern. Fractal Design Meshify 2 is the latest. Other similar types would be the Corsair 5000D Airflow.

RAM selection is good. But what I don't understand is why you need 64GB RAM. What are you using your PC for that needs 64GB?

Maybe you can save a bit of money by switching to Intel 12700 and not 12700K. K means you can overclock it. F means no built in video/GPU.

I'd go with the trident z kit, instead of selecting a couple diff sets and putting them together (i.e. 4x16gb instead of 2x16gb + 2x16gb)

I choose two sets bc it always happen where a stick isn’t good and I have to send it back at least if it’s two sets ; one has to be good.
