I think the main question to look at is what are you doing with the PC? This makes a huge impact on what board/processor you should consider. Do you mainly just game? Stream? High-end video editing or 3D rendering?

In all honesty, a 3090 Ti is SO far beyond what is needed for that application I truthfully just don't see a point in it other than to say you have it as a flex. A 3080 would still supply you with phenomenal performance across anything you're trying to do at half the cost. A 3080 paired with an I9 or Ryzen 9 both run cod at 170+ frames on ultra 1080p, or will run on ultra 4k at 70+ frames still. Not going to tell you how to spend your money, you're an adult, that's just my personal opinion on the build choice. If prefer the 3090 Ti I can get a compatible build suggestion set up for you.

8000$ CAD is silly to spend if you ONLY want gaming and work stuff. Even the highest of high end games now a days, with a 3090ti vs a 3080, you'll see MINIMAL difference that's not worth the extra thousands. Here is a high high end (swap out the 3080 for a 3090 if you want, but it's not needed AT ALL.
This is 3700 CAD and it's overkill..spend the extra money you were planning on spending on a nice big 4k monitor 30+ inches, and then like some speaker system, mouse, keyboard, nice studio mic if you wanna blow money lol
