8000$ CAD is silly to spend if you ONLY want gaming and work stuff. Even the highest of high end games now a days, with a 3090ti vs a 3080, you'll see MINIMAL difference that's not worth the extra thousands. Here is a high high end (swap out the 3080 for a 3090 if you want, but it's not needed AT ALL.
This is 3700 CAD and it's overkill..spend the extra money you were planning on spending on a nice big 4k monitor 30+ inches, and then like some speaker system, mouse, keyboard, nice studio mic if you wanna blow money lol
