Hi, can someone help me with a $1,500 build after tax for everything. Looking for best possible specs maybe 3060 also want a 5600x or whatever is good.

RTX 3060 isn't the best possible, but more like entry level. And 5600X is mid-tier.

I built the parts list based round the 5600X and RTX 3060. However, I excluded the RTX 3060 because it's going to mess up the budget shown. You should be able to pick up an EVGA RTX 3060 for around $500.
