My brother is looking for new PC case. He said hes looking for a case to support the following:

hotswap
cd drive
front + back usb slots (many)
big enough case to house 2 vid cards

How important is the disc drive?
Everything else I have a few great recommendations but I'm kind of stumped on cases with disc drive access

he mentioned it, but i just texted him he said not very important. he has an external lol

I'm going with Lian Li as my recommendation

It's a bit common if you follow PC building communities but with good reason.

Checks all your brother's boxes except disc drive and not only is there room for two GPUs, there's ample airflow for cooling. I built in this case for a coworker and it was a dream to build in. They put a lot of thought into design and really cater to builders.

Keep in mind that rear USB ports come from motherboard choice and front ports can be supplemented with a USB hub

by hotswap you mean SATA drives? does this case do that? you want a dedicated slot on the top or front, right?

The 011D has two hotswap bays for SATA drives !

I actually couldn't figure out what they were when I first cracked open the case. Still think it's a bit peculiar given the current state of drives but handy if you want to swap drives
