6600XT is a decent card if you can get it at retail (MSRP doesn't exist anymore from what I've seen)
You said AMD but at this budget range I usually recommend the 3060ti to people. Ludicrous value compared to the 3060 and 6600xt and just an all around great card.
You won't be unhappy with the 6600XT, make sure it's XT though. The 6600 non-xt is worse value but easier to find
