So my 32 inch dual monitors only have HDMI , a display port to HDMI adapter should be fine?

if there both 1080p monitors should i get 4k adapters or regular

Regular should be fine

Depending on your build, your mobo might have HDMI out. Downside is minor lag when sliding windows between monitors but it might be easier
