Is your browser not working that you can't go to Google and search? Or better yet, Bing?

As for your CPU, you're not giving us the specific model for that Intel i5. But if I search for Google "Gaming PC Fujitsu P510 i5", I see 3rd and 4th Gen Intel CPUs which is borderline.
Keep in mind minimum requirements usually mean lowest settings.
