Don’t go with gigabyte card listed in build. Using as pricing place holder.

970 is for your boot/main games. And the 2tb SSD is for work/casual played games.

I’d really like to know what RES, programs you use for work. I went with a more beefier processor than required for gaming. If you are doing video editing I’d upgrade the i7 to i9 for hyperthreading. I chose 64gb of ram because multitasking will load it up quite quick.

I build out all my builds with OC/WC in mind. Only thing you would have to change is cooler. 212 evo can hold a mild OC. ASUS has a OC tuner software which is quite conservative in OC. Again you don’t have too. It’s just available for a few dollars more. The price difference between locked and unlocked SKU’s is not worth it IMO. Remember to enable your XMP profile in bios. Toodles!

Ayye thanks for the help. Always like to see multiple builds/suggestions. For work mainly just Crypto/stock charts. Nothing too crazy just wanna be able to game on one monitor and still keep up with my stuff on the other one/two.

Also forgot to mention I can get a 3080 ti for retail price or pretty close to it. Lot of my old Sneaker bot community has moved to those and ps5s as their easier to bot than sneakers nowadays.

Awesome. I’m currently in the market for a new GPU with no luck. 3080 ti is going to fall asleep rendering 1080P. Those cards really come alive at higher resolutions. 3080 ti is the one I’m eyeing as well. It will be pushing my CX oled, my pg279q (1440P/144hz) and benq XL2546k (1080//240)

Just to give my thoughts on the build cyco linked: it would do you well, I would change the CPU cooler to an Arctic Freezer 34 as the next step up. Don't forget about case fans, it's not needed but will help. For the case I would get a Fractal Meshify C instead.
