My 2nd ram slot doesnt work so i need a 1x 32GB

+ Im looking for a better cpu better suited to run Streaming/D2R at the same time

Currently get 80+ memory and cpu usage when doing so.

Id like to keep my motherboard as of now, I dont have alot to put into this

something is strange, you have a Z390, but have a 7th gen processor. That should not be possible, Z390 only works with 8th/9th gen processors.

If you do have a Z390, you could get an intel 9900K or 9700K, both should be better.

Sorry should have said this, But also i just ordered a new GPU come to find out its prolly been my problem the whole time.

I had to reseat it last night because it stopped working, But i been getting screen glitching monitor not reading etc.
Sometimes ill restart my pc and it'll freeze

So i just ordered a Msi GTX 1050 TI OC 4GB (white/black)

that makes more sense, unfortunately a 9700k is pretty much top of the line other than a 9900k, you'll need a motherboard upgrade to change CPUs.

An RX470 is actually faster than a 1050TI, but it sounded like your old GPU was failing or overheated/dirty (RX470 consumes quite a bit of power)

I think the old graphics card is failing, I have my new gfx card in 2 weeks.
But still my pc keeps freezing on start up etc.

You’re going to want an i9, the i7’s didn’t have hyperthreading, look to see what you would need. If you are running a Z series mobo, opt for the K variant to overclock, when you buy your new ram kit enable the XMP profile. Honestly there should be no reason you can’t stream right now. I’m running a 5930K and a 980 ti and can stream and play d2r just fine.

Edit: also changing a few things in OBS can take way less of a load of your CPU, I’d look into some OBS setup videos on YT and make adjustments. I don’t stream that much anymore and only use OBS to record transactions for JSP

Already did all that, Im thinking the gpu failing is forcing the cpu to use more power ?

The temps are fine even if i run the cpu at 88% for 4 hours straight
