Hello, I want to put a RTX 3060 TI in my desktop.

Im looking at the PSU situation and I want some help/confirmation that what Im doing is fine according to the TDP of the card which is 200W.

I have a 700W non-modular PSU with a pigtail PCIE cable.
It says this single rail can provide up to 150W.

Also I've read that the Motherboard may provide 75W to the GPU through the PCI Express x16 slot, but I'm unsure!

Can I assume that the GPU will be able to draw all the wattage it needs from this setup?

A 700w with pigtail is plenty. Personally I prefer to use two direct 8 pins but it's fine by everything I've ever seen/known. As long as you avoid gigabyte PSUs.

I would recommend getting a modular PSU with 80+ bronze or better in the future.

You can use numerous PSU calculators to give you a sense of assurance. Seasonic, NewEgg, and you can even search them online.

I will point out that finding a Bronze quality PSU that is modular is tough. Bronze, while is cheap, is seen somewhat sub-par for DIY gaming systems. You'd want Gold quality as a minimum for your DIY builds.
