Look up the Lian Li 205 Mesh from the manufacturer's website. Go to their specifications for it and read the GPU size restrictions.

https://lian-li.com/product/lancool-205/

Now go look up the GTX 1070 Ti from the manufacturer's website. I don't know if you have the NVidia/FE version or if you have an AIB version (Gigabyte, Asus, MSI, etc.). Once you find it, look up the GPU size.

Lastly, I don't know what kind of cooling you're using (fans or radiator+fans). Based on the questions you've asked so far, I doubt you're using a pump+reservoir. But look up the thickness of your fans or radiator+fans to see if it will reduce the space in the case.

I recently built a PC in a Corsair 275R Airflow and am fairly happy with it. It should be similar to the case Secksii posted, both in size and airflow capability.

Got it fitted with a 3080ti, so size wise there is no problem. Case also has good airflow, my temps are great. I do all air cooling (Noctua NH-D15 for cpu, not the prettiest but reliable.)

Only problem I ran into is that the cables I got with my cooler master psu were too short to cable manage properly in this case, but I got it fitted decently enough at least with some force...

I would avoid the cheapest cases though, but there is rarely a reason to buy a very expensive one either (unless you go for style points or something)
