Sup gents, looking to build a new PC. My buddy will sell me his 2070, hoping to buy a 3060ti or a 3070 but worst case, 2070 it is. Speaking of that, how much should I offer him? Came in a prebuilt i believe so not sure of the exact model.

I game a bit but my biggest need is for photo editing, Would like to stay under $1k for case/psu/cpu/ram/ssd/mobo

3700X is on sale for $240 at MC right now, I am fairly close to one so keep that into account.

I can buy everything today or wait a month, my current PC is just good enough to play d2R still lol but editing photos on this thing has been a nightmare.

Mc does also have 10850k also for like 300too

I seen that, i've been wanting to jump on the Ryzen train but 10850k for $300 a nice deal.

Get at least a 5600x

Any builds? I have a buddy giving me his 970 for $30 bucks so im just going to run that for now hahaha
