I bought a ibuypower prebuilt pc:

I bought it to play warzone but in the middle of a match my game freezes and the packet loss goes crazy high and I time out just wonder what I can do to fix this issue I'm also playing wireless with my WIFI. Also playing with the game on the ssd for performance and loading time. Maybe its just my WIFI? (I've tried reseating my ram and fully restarting the pc) I just know what to really do I'm new to the gaming pc scene.

I've had the pc for 3 months now and this recently started to happen like the past 2 weeks

prolly connection issue. are you using 5g or 2.4g? does this happen with other games? does this freeeze in game and boot you to game menu? does this crash to desktop? does this freeze your computer and force you to reset or power off? how far away is your computer from your modem? what is your isp? internet speed? how much did you pay for this computer? try unplugging your modem and plugging it back in after 20 seconds...

2.4g, all games, it's does not freeze in the game menu, is crashes back to the game menu, it doesn't freeze my pc, my pc is in my room on the first story of my house modem is on the second story, my isp is spectrum, 32 upload 4 download (mega bites), I payed 1100 on marketplace but it came with a razor keyboard and mouse corset air headset and a 144hz 1080p monitor, I reset my modem all the time.

I also live in the middle of nowhere so that probably doesn't help

does this happen in single player? obviously its a online thing right?

does not look like your computer came with wifi did you add a wifi usb doggle or are you using a pcie card.

I'll post a picture of the inside of my pc I have no idea what you're talking about but I do have the wifi antennas coming out of the back

Also I'm buy a super long ethernet cord tmrw to try playing on a wired connection.

ok so it does come with wifi and bluetooth weird it doesnt mention that in the specs. yeah id guess it does support 5g i would try to see if u have a 5g signal on ur wifi connections list on ur taskbar.

Ill have to turn it on in my spectrum settings tomorrow thanks again for all the help and suggestions I'll let you know how it turns out

I’m running on Ethernet now and it turns out the wires outside of my house were messed up cause my wifi to cut in and out so I got those replaced and it works fine now again thanks for all the help
