the new integrated graphics iris xe maybe good enough to play games @ 1080p so if u dont want this specifically for gaming this could be a good option.

Those might be convenient but no heat circulation and no decent GPU. Throwing away your money imo

It will be superior
Pre builts throw in too many junk components

Use Nzxt BLD they have good computers and you can customize

My buddy bought his prebuilt with an i7 11th gen I believe and a 3080 for like 2k. Prebuilts are cheaper at the moment
