Anyone have good luck with any of the prebuild company's or should I just plan to build my own with 1000-1500 usd budget?

If you can build your own just do that. Pre builts can be ok if you find the right one but you really gotta look at the parts inside before you buy

Given the current shortage of GPU or video cards available when building your own desktop, going with a pre-build might be better. I know I'm waiting on a RTX 3080, so all I have is a hunk of metal with some fans and more metal inside.

1500 can build u just about anything

but will only buy low end pre built

choice should be obvious

learn as you go it will be alot of fun

also even with current crazy, 450$ gfx card will be fine
