What's the reason for wanting to upgrade? Might be able to upgrade ram but it's not worth it. That's as cheap of a laptop as you can possibly get.

Just get a new PC and save yourself the trouble. External GPUs need thunderbolt 3 which your laptop probably doesn't have.

Your laptop has a dual core CPU which is soldered to the motherboard. There is 0 upgrade potential there.
