If you mean "worth the buy" meaning the price, I would go to pcpartpicker and build your own with near similar parts and see how much it would cost to build it yourself. But a quick look at the spec tells me that it is around the ball park of what I would expect it to cost. If you mean worth the buy as in worth the buy to pay this much for a computer to do something, then what are you trying to do with your computer?
