im thinking of going with

amd ryzen 7 3700x and gtx 3070 as a base
would these go together?

also how big is the difference between 2700x and 3700x?
and i've read ryzen cpus have had temperature problems, is this still actual or fixed?

and what case and PSU would you guys recommend?

what does this mean for us plebians?

i forgot to mention i want to keep costs down as much as possible, only need the PC, no monitors or anything else
looking to keep it around 1000$ if possible
