Hello. I have a Nvidia geforce GTX TItan X in my current build. which is about 5 yrs old. i got the m5a97 mobo, AMD FX 6300 CPU, 750W power supply. Im looking to get caught up with the generation. I was hoping though as my Titan X card used to be a big guy is it necessary i upgrade it as well? Id rather just look into a newer gen. Mobo/CPU if possible. And whats max resolution the Titan X can do nowadays? Im looking at $300 budget or so without GPU. thank you

all around? no. he doesnt need a gpu. that's basically a 1070. even if he wants a new one he can decide later.

i was thinking maybe get a amd ryzen 3300x if it ev er comes available... and then the b450 mobo and 2x 8gb sticks? that should be round about 300 bucks i also have a h90 corsair water cooler for when i get new cpu. unfortunately im going to have to find the bracket kit somehow as it was given to me without them

still wondering whats max resolution i should be able to run with this setup? as i really need a monitor upgrade too lol im using a hp s2031 series :/

^ this guy always a troll^... simply asking if i do get my budget items (mobo/CPU/RAM) for $300. the question about thiis antique titan x card wasnt related to my budget. simply asked how this old $1000 card will run higher resolutions. which i know the rest of my hardware wont support. i found a place online to test bottleneck and it says the CPU will bottleneck the GPU %50 rough estimate. so yes im looking for the budget 3 mobo/cpu/ram keeping the card. and not asking about a monitor price. but simply asking before i buy a 4k monitor(after i buy said items) i know i wont run max 4k but would it look better with the lower settings in 4k and maybe 60HZ? vs say 1080p 144HZ? i dont do real heavy gaming anyways most intense game i play really is POE. but after i figure that out i may ask for advise on the said monitor but thx for the bump
