Current PC I built around 9 years ago and is starting to show its age and have annoying issues, so looking to build a new pc

Budget: ~$1300
More specific use (what games, what programs): Gaming (PUBG, OW, CoD, LoL, mostly indie games through steam but hopefully able to handle more graphics intensive games if I find any I like) and some side development work (Couple Intellij windows and Datagrip)
Planned time until purchase: Within the next month, unless it's worth waiting until the end of September?
Do you have any specific preferred components?:
- NZXT H200i Mini ITX Tower Case Really like this case, or some other small, clean case as I'm trying to conserve space and my old case was waaaay to big
- PSU CORSAIR| CMPSU-850HX 850W RT I have this from an old build if it can be reused
- Omen by HP 25-Inch FHD Gaming Monitor This is my monitor if it affects the components chosen
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: Yes
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: I doubt I'll overclock it
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): 22203

Thanks!

There's no price listed for tower but I left space budget wise for one when you find a source for it.
If 1300 is fixed and you can't go higher remove the 2tb HDD for the case if need be.

Can I not use the PSU I already have? Also is a 2TB HDD really needed with a 1TB SSD?

That depends on your needs, and sure you can re-use the psu if you wanted.
Take the savings and up the gpu to a 2080 super but that puts you now over budget when you add the case.
Upgrading cpu anymore is pointless unless you stream.
