Glad you finally agreed with me on the i3 as a gaming CPU option :)
I totally agree on the build here , however as we got a budget of 800 bucks here i would recommend i5 9400k and h310m motherboard (assuming u wont overclock ), since the i3 would be kind of a bottleneck to the 2060. For overclocking the z390 is a good option and MSI is a top brand . Good build :)

there's no such thing as an i5-9400k.
and 6c/6t in 2020 is not good, you will see high usage and your 0.1% lows will at times be bad.
do not get z390 either
if you're dead set on intel for whatever reason get a b460/h410 and an i5-10400 or i5-10400f, 6 cores with hyperthreading = good
or a z490 and 10600k and a cooler which costs a lot more but more fps

overall though a ryzen 3 3300x or ryzen 5 3600 would also be a much higher value option.
