Budget $1500 usd
More specific use (what games, what programs): League of Legends, D2, Starcraft, Counterstrike
Planned time until purchase: As soon as possible
Do you need an Operating System? Yes probably - I would like Windows 7
Do you have any specific preferred components? No
Do you need a sound or wireless card? Sound card YES
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking? No overclocking, but would still like cooling
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard? no

My old system spec I'm shooting for.

Looking for a NEW PC since my old one is malfunctioning too much and I don't want to try fixing it all day anymore.

Simple want - Just want a VERY NICE PC good enough to play older games and newer games preferably with WINDOW 7.

I play am always off and on my PC, I also try out and play newer games too so I would want something good for gaming for sure.

What are your preferences in case style? (lights, flashy, dull, etc): Dull - No Lights
Are you planning to use multiple monitors? Yes 2 moniters
Are you looking for upgrade-ability? Not really
Do you have any preferred brands? Asus - Intel
Can you reuse any components from an older build? Not sure

As I stated, my old PC is having troubles, so I don't want to use parts from it.
I would rather try to put it off for a project to be fixed later.

Well the problem started when I installed an HP printer driver onto my PC (which I'm sure totally screwed up a lot of the registry and probably other stuff)
After the printer never worked, my optical port stopped feeding sound to my headphones. I still have the headphones I never can use...

To work around that, I plugged in speakers through the front headphone port of my PC - the port sound worked fine... until just yesterday

The sound stopped working completely and I've yet to find the problem causing it. The device say's it's working fine, However I get an error when trying to adjust sound volume options at all.

I would prefer premade with specs that I'm looking for at a good price.

on the other hand I wouldn't mind building a new rig if the cost doesn't exceed my budget and comes with everything for full working tower - including my preferred operating system windows 7

Nothing fancy needed - but if it's recommened and easy to install - why not?

No, I've only purchased custom premade and I have little understanding of the parts / installation.

Operating System - 64 bit windows 7 home premium as it's most familiar
PC Motherboard + Proccessors - duo core? quad core?
RAM sticks - 16 at least - 24/32???
Graphic Card - ???
Sound Card - ???
Cooling fans - ???

Anything else...???

I'm not sure what to get and where to find the majority of it at.

If you want to build i use newegg.com usually for components. Just need to pair everything up. Cpu pin set to motherboard compatibility ect. Can always get more bang for your buck if you build

That is true, I'm not that wise in all the hardware installation, but thanks for the tip!
