i've narrowed it down to 2 but i know nothing about computers and specs kinda going off with my gut feeling price range $400-$600.

I've had the Acer Nitro 5 (an515-53-55g9 exact model) for over a year now and I haven't been let down at all. Back-lit keyboard is a nice additional feature as well
