Looking to setup a PC for using Blender with 3D rendering/modelling.

$1k max budget. (This does not include peripherals.)

Need windows. Bonus if can add OSX as well..

No sound or wireless card.
Stock Cooling
No need accessories

Dull or minimal cases. Cheapest case.
Would like to run 2+ monitors.
Will upgrade in future.
No old components to use

What res monitors? assume 60hz but maybe 4k?

60hz 1080. 4k upgrade won't be for another few years

Spend the extra 100$ its worth it.
System has budget gpu for modeling and 1 step lower on cpu is 25% loss and will only save you 50$
I put more into mobo cause later on down the road you can add a used 3950x for quicker blends and like a 2070s+ if you do large poly objects.
