I currently have a 970, and have since I rebuilt a new PC a couple years ago. The 970 came from my previous build.
I'm looking to upgrade it now, and not sure if I should drop the money for a 2080Ti or something smaller.
Currently the 970 is good enough for what I do. I get 144+ fps in most games. But I've had the 970 for well over 5 years, and it's a bit dusty and the temps are starting to get a bit high.
What would be a solid upgrade without breaking the bank too much?
Budget isn't a problem really, but I'd rather spend less than more.

Currently just playing Valorant, Fortnite, League, Cod, etc etc. The basics.
I also run 3 monitors, one at 144 rest at 60.

Really depends on what you wanna spend I would think

I mean 2070s 105% better then 970, 2080ti is 225%. ones 500$ others 1,050.
Budget isn't an issue but he wants to spend less, he doesn't need the power so its a good bump up.
The 2060s is only 65% better and costs 400$, so its technically the best bang vs your buck unless you go AMD.
anything under a 2060s really isn't worth it as an upgrade.
