Hello

I have two builds that I have been suggested for a Gaming desktop build. My requirements are:

1. To use a 32" 1440p 144 hz monitor running games at relatively high/ultra settings
2. Noise level to be minimal

Both meh for the money, but ofc the 2nd one.. 3700x VS 2600x
