Im using windows 7 pro and I'm looking to upgrade to windows 10 basic or pro.

Microsoft website only offers retail version of windows 10 basic or pro for $190-260 CAD and that's a waste of money.

I've found some website offering for lot cheaper but idk if it safe.

If you have your product key or a genuine version you can find the product keyand just use that at no charge.

Go here and use the media builder and a USB stick, to make a Win 10 installer on the USB stick. You need to use the same version of Win 10 as the Win 7 product key is for. Aka, Win 7 Home > Win 10 Home, etc.
