More specific use (what games, what programs): i have black desert online running 100% of the time, minimized to the trey. youre expected to leave that game running in the background doing afk activities like fishing. while i have that running, i want to be able to stream red dead redemption, for honor, or even possibly some VR games depending on what comes out. also i would prefer to do these things with 100+ FPS

i just started doing my research on the ryzen cpu's, i have always used intel so its new to me
i found that i had to get a mobo with a x570 chipset, or else i would have to jump through hoops and update it to use the latest ryzen cpus.

what resolution you playing at 1080p?

I think that’s a bit too far over the budget for me, but damn that’s powerful and pretty looking lol

not a great all arounder and you stated overclocking but then again overclocking isnt that beneficiary for 3000series
