I'm looking to build a brand new PC for gaming.

This will be my first time around as far as building one but I have been doing some research so I'm getting the idea of what I should get but I do want some opinions as far as the different parts I should look into.

I'm reading that AMD processors are the way to go for gaming. Possibly a 1080 TI graphics card. At the same time I don't want to spend more than $1200.00 to build a new PC.

Any recommendations are welcome.

Budget: $1200
More specific use (what games, what programs): Diablo 2 and Diablo 4 when it comes out
Do you have any specific preferred components?: i7 Processor
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: Stock cooling

need to know the rest of that form as well as what monitors you have

Do you need a sound or wireless card?: I do need sound.
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: I have 2x 24 inch monitors. I do have a keyboard and mouse already.

how soon are you buying it?

Budget:
Maximum you will spend? - $1200 but can go up to $1500 if needed
Will you complete mail in rebates? - if it is needed sure
If so, may we go over-budget if rebates bring you within budget? - yes
Do you need Windows Operation System within budget? - I should have windows 10 somewhere already
Need a Monitor? / Mouse? / Keyboard within budget? - no i have all of this.


How much hard drive space do you want or need? - I have a 1.6TB SSD currently.
Will you use wireless or wired internet? - Wired
Will you overclock CPU and/or GPU? - No
Any special requests or useful things to tell us? (Specific case, need lots of storage, audio etc.) - nothing specific.

I currently reside in the US. California to be specific.
I think my monitors are full HD 1920 x 1080 if i remember correctly (will verify) .
I want to complete this within the next 2 months. Possibly be able to purchase some parts for Black Friday deals.

If I were to make my budget $1500, would that extra 250-300 be a big difference as far as better equipment or just stick to this?

Would I need a water cooling system?
